Delivery times indicated on this website are from the date of dispatch. Most existing stock orders are typically dispatched the next business day after they have been placed on the website. Pre-order stocks will be delivered on the date provided before your purchase on the website.
Purchases from Singapore will take approximately 2-5 days. Other worldwide orders will take approcimately 5 to 15 days from date of dispatch. Please allow the given delivery time, taking into consideration the possibility of customs clearance delays occurring within your country.

Although not all countries accept SingPost Registered tracking number within their respective countries' postal service systems, it would give you a basis from which you can raise an enquiry with if your products do not arrive.

Whether or not a shipment is assessed is determined by Customs and we are unable to predict. Although this doesn't always happen, assessment of duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country. We only get the best fabrics. Our fabric sources are tested in accordance to Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Raw fabrics also undergo further testings such as Colorfastness to Water, Colorfastness to Perspiration, Colorfastness to Non-Chlorine Bleach Spot Test among others; all of which produced grades above 4, out of 5. In addition, they are also tested for Formaldehyde Content and pH Value.
